Driveway Labs LLC (drivewaylabs.com) owns and operate this Website. This document governs your relationship with drivewaylabs.com (“Website”). Access to and use of this Website and the products available through this Website (collectively, the "Products") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms & Conditions"). By using the Products, you are agreeing to all of the Terms & Conditions, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms & Conditions.
Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Products without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to part or all of this Website.
This Website may contain links to other websites (the "Linked Sites"), which are not operated by drivewaylabs.com. Drivewaylabs.com has no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites will be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each such site.
Billing Terms
We accept all major credit cards (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®) as well as PayPal. Your selected method of payment will be charged for the full amount of the Order Total at the time the order is submitted.
Lead Times/Build Times
We build everything here in the USA and carry a lot more parts in stock than we’ve had in the past. In-stock parts typically ship within one (1) week and out of stock parts have an average lead time of four to eight (4-8) weeks from order placement to shipping, but can be more depending on the product and build schedule. If you have any questions about a specific product and its current availability or lead time, give us a call at 614.329.4064 or chat with us here on the website. Please keep in mind that this is an approximate average. We build parts in batches, so there will be some orders that take more time based on how many have been ordered, the complexity and build timing. Partial Shipments
Front Splitters, Diffusers, Side Splitters, and orders for multiple products are often sent in multiple shipments. DO NOT schedule your install until you have confirmed receipt of ALL parts. Orders cannot be canceled or returned because an install was scheduled prior to receiving your parts.
Order Changes
In order to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, all orders are immediately placed into the shipping or production queue. Any changes to an order or product configuration after it is placed will be subject to a $25 change fee.
Cancellation Policy
As our products are built to order, customized specifically to your request, and may be started as soon as the order has been received, the following fees will be assessed against the total value of the order, based on the amount of time between the order date and when you request a cancellation:
· Less than 3 business days - a 10% cancellation fee
· Between 4-90 business days - a 50% cancellation fee
· After 90 business days - If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason after a period of 90 days from the order placement date, a full refund will be offered upon request less our standard 10% cancellation fee.
Return Policy
All products ordered from Driveway Labs are Non-Returnable, except for the following reasons:
1. If we mistakenly shipped the wrong part.
2. If the part was damaged in shipping.
3. If the part is defective per the Driveway Labs Warranty Policy. For parts from other manufacturers you must contact them directly for warranty claims.
If your return meets any of these conditions, we are more than happy to work with you to resolve the problem. To process your return, call us at 614.329.4064 to discuss your situation and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
If the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an item other than what you specified in your order or received damaged item), we will cover the shipping charges.
No shipping refund will be given on orders that have already shipped and are cancelled while in transit or are refused upon delivery.
All returns must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging. If the item has been installed on the car, the parts CANNOT BE RETURNED. This is clearly marked inside every box that we ship out. There are VERY few instances when we will take returns on parts that have been run on the car unless there is a functional/warranty defect/failure in the part.

Refunds
All refunds will be credited to the original purchase method (credit/debit card or PayPal). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Refused/Undeliverable Orders
Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard restocking return; this means that all shipping costs, including return freight charges, re-stock fees and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from your product refund. If parts are returned because they are undeliverable, the parts will be held until the customer contacts us with a new shipping address and pays the shipping fee. If your parts are returned undeliverable by the shipping company, and you decide that you no longer want the parts, the 50% restocking fee will be assessed. Keep in mind that international orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier may be subject to customs clearance charges on the return shipment. Driveway Labs reserves the right to deduct the cost of these customs clearance charges, in addition to all freight charges and re-stock fees, from your product refund.

Warranty Policy
All parts manufactured by Driveway Labs are warranted against defects in material and workmanship (excludes cosmetics, coatings and appearance and applies only to the function of the Product for its intended manner and purpose) for one (1) year from the purchase date. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages such as damage or losses directly or indirectly caused by the product.
The warranty is only applicable for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. All returns will be checked and any modifications made to the product will void the warranty.
We do not cover shipping, insurance or any import fees, duties and taxes for the returned product. If after inspection, we find the product to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will at no cost repair or replace the defective product with the same or comparable product.
If a part was properly installed and fails under its normal intended use, please contact us to initiate your warranty claim and we will provide you with an RMA number.
Privacy Policy
By using this Website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Performance Gains
Any performance gains stated on Drivewaylabs.com are based on in-house product development and testing. Actual performance gains will vary based on many factors, such as (but not limited to): vehicle model, age and other modifications.

We reserve the right to remove reviews for the following reasons:

· Obscene, Profane or spiteful language
· Use of personally identifiable information
· Review posted to incorrect product
· Review is self promotional, advertising or a solicitation
· Illegal or immoral content
